Getting to Saint James Park

From the west:

1. Take the Santa Monica (10) Freeway eastbound.
2. Merge onto the Harbor (110) Freeway southbound (direction: San Pedro), keep to the right and exit at Adams Boulevard (first exit off 110).
3. At end of exit ramp (first traffic light), cross 23rd Street. Continue south along Figueroa Way, merging onto southbound Figueroa Street.
4. Turn right at Adams Boulevard (another traffic light) and proceed west on Adams one long block to Saint James Place.
5. Turn right at Saint James Place and proceed north one block to a “T” intersection at Saint James Park. You will be facing a small park.
6. Turn left. The Colonel’s Mansion will be ahead on your right, at 27 Saint James Park.

From the east:

1. Take the Santa Monica (10) Freeway westbound.
2. Merge onto the Harbor (110) Freeway southbound (direction: San Pedro), keep to the right and exit at Adams Boulevard (first exit off 110).
3. At end of exit ramp (first traffic light), cross 23rd Street. Continue south along Figueroa Way, merging onto southbound Figueroa Street.
4. Turn right at Adams Boulevard (another traffic light) and proceed west on Adams one long block to Saint James Place.
5. Turn right at Saint James Place and proceed north one block to a “T” intersection at Saint James Park. You will be facing a small park.
6. Turn left. The Colonel’s Mansion will be ahead on your right, at 27 Saint James Park. The Carriage House and Cottage are behind it.

From the north:

1. Take the Harbor (110) Freeway southbound (direction: San Pedro).
2. Exit at Adams Boulevard. (You will need to merge to the right in making this exit.)
3. At end of exit ramp (first traffic light), cross 23rd Street. Continue south along Figueroa Way, merging onto southbound Figueroa Street.
4. Turn right at Adams Boulevard (another traffic light) and proceed west on Adams one long block to Saint James Place.
5. Turn right at Saint James Place and proceed north one block to a “T” intersection at Saint James Park. You will be facing a small park.
6. Turn left. The Colonel’s Mansion will be ahead on your right, at 27 Saint James Park. The Carriage House and Cottage are behind it.

From the south:

1. Take the Harbor (110) Freeway northbound.
2. Exit at Adams Boulevard.
3. Turn left at traffic light at end of exit ramp, and proceed west on Adams, crossing  Flower and Figueroa streets.
4. Turn right at Saint James Place and proceed north one block to a “T” intersection at Saint James Park. You will be facing a small park.
5. Turn left. The Colonel’s Mansion will be ahead on your right, at 27 Saint James Park. The Carriage House and Cottage are behind it.

From the USC Campus:

1. Go north on Figueroa Street.
2. Turn left onto Adams Boulevard.
3. Turn right at Saint James Place and proceed north one block to a “T” intersection at Saint James Park. You will be facing a small park.
4. Turn left. The Colonel’s Mansion will be ahead on your right, at 27 Saint James Park. The Carriage House and Cottage are behind it.

OR

1. Go north on Hoover Street or Vermont Avenue.
2. Turn right onto Adams Boulevard.
3. Pass Toberman and Portland streets on your left (after Hoover).
4. Turn left at Saint James Place and proceed north one block to a “T” intersection at Saint James Park. You will be facing a small park.
5. Turn left. The Colonel’s Mansion will be ahead on your right, at 27 Saint James Park. The Carriage House and Cottage are behind it.
